Welcome to MagicTraffic ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our content-creation and social publishing platform (the "Service"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
User: any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
Content: all materials generated or adapted by the Service, including blog posts, social-media posts, images, and videos.
Third-Party APIs: external services we integrate with (e.g., ElevenLabs, DataForSEO, OpenAI, Replicate).
Social Platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
You must create an account with accurate information.
To enable publishing, you must connect your social media accounts through a secure OAuth process.
When you authorize access, we store access tokens and refresh tokens on your behalf. These tokens are used solely to perform actions you've explicitly enabled (e.g., posting content).
You can revoke access at any time through your account dashboard or via the respective platform.
We use our credentials to access third-party APIs for keyword research and content generation. We then adapt content to social-media formats and publish to your connected accounts.
You are responsible for all content published via your accounts.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and platform-specific terms.
You retain ownership of your content.
We retain ownership of the platform, branding, and service code.
You agree to the use of third-party APIs under their respective terms and privacy policies.
Access and publishing to your social media accounts is done securely via OAuth. We do not access passwords or personal messages. Stored tokens are encrypted and used strictly for authorized publishing actions.
Some features may require payment. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
The service is provided "as is."
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes.
Our liability is limited to fees paid within the last 12 months.
You may terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
We may update these terms with 14 days' notice.
